The Youth Bipolar Foundation of Northern California (YBFNC) is a small, 100% volunteer, 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization seeking to secure sponsorship for Camp Opehay as well as additional therapeutic and recreational low/no cost programs for children and adolescents with bipolar disorder. We rely on private and public support to achieve these goals, which includes offering Camp Opehay at no cost to the participating camper.
